SecureVideo supports two different video engines. (Most customers are on Zoom, which we integrated mid-2016, but we continue to support VSee for any older customers that did not choose to switch.) If you have a network firewall, please be sure to whitelist the following rules, depending on whether you are using Zoom or VSee with SecureVideo.
Some firewalls have a UDP default timeout. If your calls are consistently being dropped after a specific period of time, this may be happening on your network, and the UDP timeout must be removed or greatly increased for the UDP ports noted below.
